Why Pune's southern suburbs have become one of the city's most liveable—and sensible—places to own a home.

Ambegaon Budruk and the surrounding Dattanagar belt have quietly matured from an edge-of-city address into one of Pune's most balanced places to live. Good arterial roads, established social infrastructure and a steady supply of well-built homes have made it a natural choice for first-time buyers and growing families alike.
The Katraj bus stand sits roughly two kilometres away, and the Pune–Bengaluru highway is within easy reach—so the rest of the city is never far. Yet the neighbourhood retains a calmer, residential character than the central districts, which is precisely its appeal.
Bharati Hospital, the Swami Narayan temple and Abhiruchi Mall anchor the area's day-to-day life, while schools and markets are woven through the surrounding lanes. For most families, the daily commute to conveniences is measured in minutes, not journeys.
Prioritise homes that make intelligent use of light and ventilation, carry a clear MahaRERA registration, and sit within a community designed for the long term. GSV's Shivraj, Shreeji and Chandrakant addresses were all conceived with exactly this in mind.
